ORDERS

No, it’s not necessary; you can make a purchase as a guest. However, registering allows you to access your order history and saves your billing information for quicker and simpler future orders. But, ... it's your choice! 😊

When logging in as a user, click on the “Recover Password” button, enter the email address you registered with, click “Continue”, and you’re done! You will then receive your new password in that email.

Click on “Notify me when available” on the desired item, enter your email address, and we will contact you if it becomes available again. Please note, our collections are capsule editions, limited, and numbered, so it’s possible that if an item is out of stock, it may not come back. If that’s the case, we are very sorry ☹, but we’re sure there will be something in the next collection that you’ll love.

Orders are usually processed immediately and cannot be modified (add more products, change the delivery address, ...) or cancelled. However, write to us as soon as possible at hola@andbeyoubrand.com, and we will do our best to address your request.

Having items in the cart does not mean they are reserved. It may happen that someone else checked out before you, leaving the item out of stock ☹. We are very sorry. You can click on “Notify me when available” (this button may not appear immediately; it will appear once the stock is updated), and we will notify you if it becomes available, or write to us at hola@andbeyoubrand.com and we will try to address your request.

We prepare all orders with great care and attention to detail, but mistakes can still happen. If this happened to you and we sent you the wrong product, we apologize. Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to: hola@andbeyoubrand.com. Provide us with your order number and the product you received by mistake. We will contact you as soon as possible and tell you how to proceed. Remember that you have 30 days from receiving your order to check if it is correct and in perfect condition.

All our products meet high-quality standards. We inspect products thoroughly and are very strict with quality control. However, if you still receive a defective product, contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to: hola@andbeyoubrand.com. Provide us with your order number, briefly explain the defect, and send us images from different angles showing the defect. We will contact you as soon as possible and tell you how to proceed. Remember that you have 30 days from receiving your order to check if it is correct and in perfect condition.

PAYMENTS

You can pay by credit o debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, 4B, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or via Bizum.

This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The card is expired.
  • Some entered data is incorrect.
  • The card limit has been reached.

If you have checked the above points and it still hasn’t been resolved, contact your bank to solve it.

Of course. You can be totally at ease. We do not store any payment data. The transaction is carried out through a payment gateway from our bank.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and to almost all countries in the European Union. Soon, we will be shipping to the Canary Islands and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Once it's in place, you will be the first to know.

You will receive the order in 1 or 2 working days from when it leaves our warehouse, if it is to Spain and Portugal, and between 2 and 5 days for the rest of the European territories. The shipment may experience delays due to reasons beyond our control.

The first shipment to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (mainland) is always free. Shipping costs are also free if the order amount exceeds 99 euros for Spain and Portugal, or 199 euros for the rest of the European Union territories. You can find out the shipping costs to different territories in the table shown below:

  • Spain and Portugal (mainland) e Islas Baleares: 3,95€.€.
  • Alemania, Francia (península), Bélgica, Austria, Dinamarca, Italia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, República Checa y Polonia: 9,95€.
  • Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Suecia, Rumanía, Lituania, Letonia, Bulgaria, Croacia, Estonia, Finlandia e Irlanda: 19,95€.
  • Grecia y Malta: 27,95€.
  • Hungría: 32,95€.

Very easy. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipment details and a tracking number to check your shipment status. It may take a few hours for the information to update after you receive the email.

The courier will make two attempts to deliver your order. If you are not at home on the first attempt, they will try again the next business day, and if you are still not at home, they will take your order to the nearest transport agency or delivery point.

If the delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order, contact us as soon as possible by emailing: hola@andbeyoubrand.com and we will help you. It may be that the address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier attempted to deliver the order unsuccessfully twice, and it is now at the transport agency or the nearest delivery point, or, less likely, the order was lost. Note that during special periods like Black Friday, Christmas, sales, etc., transport agencies have a high volume of shipments, and deliveries may be delayed.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase, but if so, you have 30 days from the receipt of the order to return it.

We wish we had met your expectations, but unfortunately, we didn’t. In this case, you have 30 days from the receipt of the order to return the product you wish to. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. You can make the return by clicking HERE. Provide the email used for the order, the order number, the item to be returned, the reason for the return, and the pickup address.
  2. We will send you a return label by email, which you should affix to the outside of the package when returning it.
  3. Send the products in their original packaging or, if not available, in a box of similar dimensions and characteristics, properly sealed. Remember that the products must be in perfect condition, unused, with their tags, original packaging, etc.
  4. For Spain and Portugal, we offer a pickup service, so a courier will collect your package on the agreed day and time. For other shipping zones, you will need to send the package by your own means to the shipping address we will provide via email along with the return label.
  5. Once we verify that the item is in perfect condition, we will send you an email informing you and proceed with the refund in the same method used for the payment.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our products. If you are not satisfied with any of them, you can return it and place a new order.

We would love to have gotten your order right, but if not, we would like to know the reason for the return so we can improve and avoid future returns. As you know, and we assume you also value, sustainability is a key part of our business model. Therefore, we would like to minimize returns and help reduce our carbon footprint.

For Spain and Portugal, we can cover most of the return costs, with the customer covering the remaining small part of 2.95 euros. For other shipping zones, the customer will bear the full return cost unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly, in which case we will cover the return costs in full.

After the return is authorized, you will receive an email notifying you. You will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 days in the same payment method used for the purchase.

GARMENTS

Our sweatshirts are made of 100% organic cotton certified by GOTS.

It means that the cotton has been organically grown and no chemicals, except those approved by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), have been used in its cultivation and treatment. Additionally, to obtain the GOTS certification, social aspects are also verified: fair working conditions, ethical business conduct, and responsible business practices

Our garments are made in Portugal, in factories that meet all our quality standards and are also certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard. For more information, you can visit their website: https://global-standard.org/

All our sweatshirts are part of a capsule collection with a limited number of units produced and a serial number indicating their place within the collection. Once the set number for the limited edition is reached, no more sweatshirts in that model and color will be produced.

COLLABORATION WITH CHARITY CAUSES

In the Hoodies with heart, section of our website, we indicate the NGO and the campaign we are collaborating with for the latest collection on sale. Additionally, in the description of each garment, there is a section called “Hoodies with Heart,” which also details this information. We may be collaborating with more than one campaign simultaneously.

The ones that touch our hearts the most. Generally, these are charity campaigns related to children and their rights: food, health, hygiene, and education. But campaigns related to the planet and its deterioration are also considered.

We collaborate with those registered in the NGO registry of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation. You can consult the list here: https://www.aecid.es/buscador-ongd

All! The amount indicated in the campaign details, which is currently €5 for each sweatshirt sold, is given entirely to the NGO. Depending on the campaign, the funds raised are used for different purposes.

Once the season of the collection ends, approximately 6 months (autumn-winter or spring-summer), the total amount raised will be detailed on the homepage of our website. It will detail the amount raised, how the aid is allocated, and if there is still stock of the collection, so funds can continue to be raised for that campaign. Once the collection is completely sold out, the total amount raised will be reported, and the campaign will be closed. 

In addition to informing you of the amount raised, we will show you the document that makes the payment to the NGO effective. Total transparency!

Keep in mind that all our products have an oversized cut, so they are loose-fitting garments. However, you have all the measurements of each garment in the “size guide” of the corresponding product. If you don’t want a very loose fit, we recommend ordering one size smaller than your usual size. A good trick to find the right size is to measure your favourite hoodie, the one you love how it fits, and see which of our sizes matches those measurements.
