Shipping in 1-2 days to Spain and Portugal from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, and between 2 and 5 days for the rest of the European territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Canary Islands or the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipments to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (mainland) are always free. Shipping costs are also free if the order amount exceeds 150 euros for zone 2 or 199 euros for zones 3 and 4. You can find out the shipping costs to different territories below:

• ZONE 2: Germany, France (mainland), Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Poland: 9,95€.
• ZONE 3: Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland and Ireland: 19,95€.
• ZONE 4: Greece, Malta and Hungary: 27,95€.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our products.
We would love to have gotten your order right, but if not, we would like to know the reason for the return so we can improve and avoid future returns. As you know, and we assume you also value, sustainability is a key part of our business model. Therefore, we would like to minimize returns and help reduce our carbon footprint.
For Spain and Portugal, we can cover most of the return costs, with the customer covering the remaining small part of 2.95 euros. For other shipping zones, the customer will bear the full return cost unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly, in which case we will cover the return costs in full.

Also, we advise you to wash it in cold water if possible (maximum 30ºC). For organic cotton garments, it is essential to follow these guidelines to increase their durability and maintain their colour and texture in the long term.
Additionally, it`s recommended to wash the garments inside out and never dry them directly in the sun.
If you can use an eco-friendly detergent, that would be great. Your hoodie will greatly appreciate it greatly, and the planet will thank you even more!
